  • Who was Solomon?  A king.
  • What was he famous for? For his sharp intelligence.
  • Who heard of his fame? The Queen of Sheba.
  • What did she want to do? Wanted to test his intelligence.
  • What  gifts did she bring for him? Two garlands of flowers.
  • What did she ask Solomon ? To find which one is real and which one was artificial?
  • Why were the courtiers puzzled? Because both were alike.
  • What did King Solomon order? Ordered  to open the windows.
  • What happened then? The bees came in and settled on the garland on her right hand.
  • What did King Solomon say to her? The garland in her right hand was real and the garland in her left hand was artificial.
  • What did Queen Sheba do? She praised King Solomon for his excellent presence of mind and wisdom.
